Employee Benefits Health Fair

Don't forget to join us for MISD's annual Employee Benefits Health Fair!

Date: TOMORROW, August 6
Time: 10 AM - 2 PM
Location: K. David Belt Professional Development Center (3819 Towne Crossing Blvd, Mesquite, TX 75150)

Enjoy custom drinks from The Sip Society, connect with benefits vendors, and win fun prizes! The Carter BloodCare Bus will also be on-site for anyone who wants to donate blood. Schedule time to donate blood.

P.S. - The first 200 people will receive a FREE burger, chips, and a drink. So, get there early!

Most major insurance plans are accepted - confirm UT Southwestern is in-network with your provider.

Please note: This unit is for routine screenings only. If you’re experiencing any breast-related concerns, contact your physician.

Carter BloodCare Blood Drive

MISD is teaming up with Carter BloodCare to host a blood drive.

Date: Tuesday, September 16
Time: 8 AM - 3 PM

All donors will receive a free exclusive t-shirt (while supplies last).

Jet Dental Preventive Cleanings

We're bringing preventive dental care to you!

Dates: Wednesday, December 10 and Thursday, December 11
Time: By appointment
Location: K. David Belt Professional Development Center - Room 110 (3819 Towne Crossing Blvd, Mesquite, TX 75150)
Who: For all MISD employees and dependents
Cost: We bill your insurance - just bring your insurance card. Without insurance, the cost is $250.

Regular cleanings are 100% covered for employees enrolled in the MISD Dental High Plan (and 85% covered for the Low Plan). Jet Dental’s team will also review any additional treatment needs and offer flexible payment options when applicable.

Please note the following prices for teeth whitening:
  • $299 without insurance
  • Covered at 50% with the High Plan
  • Covered at 30% with the Low Plan

For every teeth whitening, Jet Dental will donate $50 to the Mesquite Education Foundation (MEA).
